Return of Reckoning

Hello everyone, I have very fond memories of playing this game. My primary character was a Runepriest. I had so many nights of fun raids and RvR fights. I've been feeling a bit nostalgic for the game and decided to give this a go.
I do have some questions:

I take it there is only one server?
There is no chance of restoring any old characters I had correct? This is a totally new deal?
Will I have to go through the whole leveling up process again?
What aspects of the game are no longer functional, which ones are?
