Got no exp for zone lock

Hi!
Spent whole day fighting in caledor, but after 3-4 hours of fighting got no exp for zone lock. Is it possible to fix it?

i win 2 time some bag and never have anything in my mail box
but at least i enjoy the game

What does that have to do with his Question
exp or bag occur the time the zone lock so i`m thinking maybe the server just have a heavy load of data and maybe sometime bug happen in that period , i hope this answer your question thank you
