Return of Reckoning

I would like to see 18 man scenario more active in the game, they are one of the best IMHO. Even though we only have a few to choose, it is enough to have a simple rotation of them. In my view, they are exceptional as they are a good way to combine premade and pugs and to overall promote scenarios being fun and action-packed.

I would like to see them more clearly defined
- when a player logs in they see the current 18 man scenario along with the current PUG scenario
- rotated by the dev's monthly or when scenarios are rotated
- there should never be a month where there is no 18 man, they should be promoted as being active all times
