Are zone locks bugged?

So many zones have locked now where I've had a roll for bags or got a bag, but received no renown or medallions.
Anyone else having this?

It seems that way, although I am not sure if it is a chat bug or if I am not actually receiving the points. I know for sure it doesn't always show up in chat. Same with BO ticks, sometimes I get the note that I was rewarded, but no rewards were actually given, again not sure if just chat bug or actual. Will have to start watchinig.
