Some images are bugged

hey guys,
as u can see from the pictures some of the items has no image. I tryed to reinstall the game lots of time, uninstall and install direct x again and again, deleted catche folder again and again etc etc. still not fixed. I need some help.
here are the no image items;
Vanquisher medallions
Opressor medallions,
pumpkins,
some cloaks and appereance items.
