since yesterday, I do not get the bag of zone locks on all my characters. I win but I do not get anything in the mail.
I would like to know if the problem comes from me or from you?
I will receive the bags on all my characters once the problem is fixed?

Sometimes "lost" bags reappear after server restarts, but I would not count on it.
