Addon called Friends

I am looking for an addon called friends. I saw it in Vynl (sp) UI , but can't find the addon anywhere? Does anyone have a link. I have tried using the one packaged with the above UI, but can't seem to get it to show in game.

It's dependent on other addons to work

Yeah i was talking about the killed by addon, like enemy is xxxx was killed by xxxx when you have them as a target Whereas the friends addon tracks people killed by your warband or who kills those in your warband.
