Return of Reckoning

Had a character of mine dissappear from my login screen, contacted a gm and he said it's still exists but is not on the account. Anyone know how they can make a toon reappear?

I lost an alt too. Just disappeared from my list of characters. Put in a bug report = no joy, told to DM Wargrim. He said it's impossible to restore my alt from the database as he'd have to restore everything.

Sucks, but it's a FTP game.

Maybe your screen of characters is full and the one that dissapeared is on page 2?

Nope no characters on second sheet, already looked. Really crappy cause I had 500g on my character

I have investigated every case that has been brought to my attention.

If your character exists in the database then it exists and we don't have anything else to investigate.

If your character shows up in the deleted characters list that means that someone else logged into your account and deleted that character.

I have yet to find a character that goes suddenly missing in the database with no explanation. I strongly recommend not sharing your account with anyone, making sure that your password is not easily guessed, or simply enacting 2fa and using your phone as an authenticator for logins.
