Missing a character

Upon logging in this morning, the toon Biglebowski was missing from my character screen. Any help would be appreciated.

You can try reseting your Computer and if it wouldn't help then try deleting your game and Installing it back!
I had it 5 day's ago and it helped,Idk if it can help u a lot

I'm pretty sure characters are stored on the server.
