Uh, the one on Idrinith's site works just fine, and has worked ever since.
Had someone else ask me about it ~ I think its a compability issue across addons, rather than a faulty version.

Links in first post dont work anymore, can anybody fix them ?

Just downloaded BankArkel and got a message that it didn't work. Are there any plans on fixing/updating this addon for RoR?

For most addons, the "main" ones yes, but there are many unique addons missing, which you could find in Elven databese. I hope one day link will work.

I can upload whatever is missing to Idrinth's site. That's basically our recommended repository anyway.

I rebuilt my UI recently after loosing whole old War folder so I had to search for few those add-ons. I'll make list at home and I can share zips of them.
