Return of Reckoning

So Order won Shining Way this morning (US time) and I got like an 8k renown tick and 4 medals for winning.

I thought winning got 6 medals and forts generally got 30k renown ticks. Is this no longer the case? Is there some kind of reward malus when the fort is too one sided? Or is it 6 medals only for winning as attacker and renown is based on performance?

Things have changed so much and I play so irregularly that I have no idea how it is supposed to work?

Winning a fort assault gets you 6 medals +bagroll
Losing a fort assault gets you 4 medals

Winning a fort defense gets you 4 medals +bagroll
Losing a fort defense gets you 4 medals

About renown distribution I can't say for sure.

renown gained is scaling based on kills in the fort, but capped at 30k
