Return of Reckoning

Hey guys,
i have a little problem i cant login to the game...
When i start ror launcher it says error ipport und the connect button stays grey.
What can i do to fix that ?

Its nice of you that you trying to help but i cant see how this link is gonna solve my problem. Nothing there stand in the link is helping with my problem
