Return of Reckoning

When i load the game it loads normally, lets me select a server and create a character but besides the menus and buttons everything else is black, so i cant select any character. By clicking like a madman i managed to create a dark elf character, but when i try to get into the game it crashes onto the detskop. I really like this game, so ill be grateful for any help regarding my problem. Thanks in advance.

It's maybe your graphic card? OR you're missing some client files.
