Return of Reckoning

This is a bit of a stretch, but I was in Caledor today and received a blue bag. It had the Genesis Cloak in it. I'm 100% certain I selected it because I double clicked it then pressed the selection button, alas, it did not show up in my inventory. If it was user error in my part then it's all good. Or if nothing can be done I understand as well. Thanks ahead of time!
