What role gets the most RR in a fight?

If everyone in a WB is doing their job which role gets the most RR? Or is it fairly even?

Whichever party is doing more dps on the kills should get more; but in giant Zerg fests it matters less.

easily healers
throw out some AoE heals like khaines refreshment and its just a fountain of purple numbers
