Suggestion on tank Guard <skill>

Hey,
for the most of the time in PVE tank Guard would be 50/50.
In the PvP/RvR it should work a bit differently:
1) Tanks can share 50%/50%
2) Ranged dps tank/dps share is 25%/75%
3) Melee dps tank/dps share 40%/60%
4) Tank and healer share 75%/25%
5) Tank and support share 70%/30%
AAO twists that too and on top of that classes with self heal enabled take more damage.

No logic whatsoever in nerfing such a fundamental ability - one that is already criminally underused in unorganised environments.

How do you define tank, mdps tank, healer, support, or rdps?
Not all tank archtypes that use shield are tanks. 2h=/=dps. Not all healer archtypes are healers. wtf is a support in this game? Not all rdps fight at range (see wb bw).
And then buffs are not dynamic according to Natherul. So AAO changing guard in any way would only work on newly applied guards and thus would be terrible design.
And then whatever list of conditions you come up with in order to make these definitions, makes guard a more taxing ability to be cast on the server side. I'm sure people would love less server stability.

Just not necessary. Guard is fine as is. Would not want to memorize this list and try to apply in on the fly in a fight.
