Install Complete - Need help Starting Actual Game (help needed)

Hi all,
I actually d/l the game via the installer not the torrent. I have the login/password screen and each time I go to connect nothing happens.
I've used my email address and user name (ragesteel) along the pw I use for this site to connect but nothing happens. Keeps saying invalid username/password.
Anything else I should try/do?
