Technically, it's working correctly I guess.
Some people would argue it's necessary. We had a very long balance thread about this that led to no conclusion.

It's called timestamping, and it's one of the reasons why WL frontloaded burst works as well as it does.

his is bad for the game if 1 class in the game can actually cheat by carrying out 7 attacks in 1 second it’s not even an imbalance

its carrier mechanic but mara havent big dmge and this balance and 25% on attack . But the question is not the point, if the balls made its way in 1 second and not in 3 what would you say? lol? the question is that it is a mistake that the abilities pass in 1 second

They arent the only class who can timestamp like that. It's kind of an anomaly, because it's more front loaded. It makes sense though because it's a mDPS. Not sure how or if it would work if it were the other way around.

Still crazy powerful, and yes - Marauder does have big damage if you know how to spec/play it appropriately.
Is it frontloaded burst like WL? No, because that is not how the class functions.
