I know there're issues with mail when you can loose your items. Last evening I tried to mail some valuable stuff (from char #1) to two of my toons. It were 3 jewels I already had and 1 bought from AH. As result all the jewels disappeared from the char #1... and were never delivered to other chars. What a pity.
It turned out that I wasn't the only one missing items. But then the problem resolved itself after server restart at 2015-04-06 00:13:29. After it I got my 3 jewels back to char #1, the other one from AH was on AH. Again. The only thing was missing is the gold paid for it. It seemed to be not so bad after all.

the problem itself
Several hours later I tried to trade 2 of those cursed jewels directly to other char. Guess what? Neither of chars had them.

I hope I will get them back after next server restart. Otherwise there'd be no safe way to exchange items.

PS When's next restart going to happen?

i had the same problem today and more ppl like me i lost an important item during mail transfer will i get it back?

What you ppl need to understand is this is alpha, items will get lost bugs will arise, stop wasting everyone's time by making threads saying you lost "important" items, items are not important at all at this time, either play and understand what alpha means or dont !

Everyone wishes to have back things that were lost. Hopefully the problem will be solved, as non-functional mail is pretty huge thing.
