Return of Reckoning

After a day of playing my account no longer loads my character selection screen. It logs in and then goes to a black screen with a chat box that says searching for allies... I made a second account and it works fine, but no restarting or reinstalling will fix the problem. is there anyway to get the account recovered? thanks for the help
