Return of Reckoning

When I try to join a scenario I receive a debuff blocked me to join the scenarios for 8 minutes and my char get teleported to Capital City. My char is of lvl 9 now and has never been to Capital before. Seems it's a bug.

Bugs go to the bugtracker, but don't bother, the problem is known.
