Ranged Damage leaking through keep doors

Napalm, Reign of fire, an assortment of Engineer grenades, Grenades from Engi turret. How are these damage sources going though the door from outside to the inside? Magical AOE melee abilities on the other hand dont go through doors?
Either all damage from all classes should go through doors on NO DAMAGE AT ALL should sneak through keep doors. My vote says the NO DMG at all should go through doors.

My magus aoe dmg work well behind door ;p
