Return of Reckoning

I was trying to register my wife an account so she could play and I get this message...........................my IP address, her account name or email address
has been blocked because it is blacklisted. An entry on the blacklist may have several reasons:
1. You are a well-known spammer.
2. Last time a well-known spammer was using the dynamic IP address which you got from your ISP (Internet Service Provider), your e-mail address or the username you have choosen.
3. Your ISP is well-known for a lot of spamming customers and is not fighting against spammers enough.

I use the same IP so what is going on with this? Anyone have any ideas what to do here?

My friend is having the same issue. Has tried multiple email addresses. Any word on a fix?

I'm assuming its your IP address, try doing it from a mobile device. I have the same issue on my home network.
