I guess devs are working into new rvr set.

maybe they will reply to this with a list of names (and not with from where to obtain them)

Sovereign (City Siege)
Tyran (LOTD, dungeon)
Dark Promise (LV, dungeon)
Cloaks and weapons from LOTD + (i guess) Colossus World Boss

Warlord and Sovereign will be gear sets? Since both are from City Sieges. Or one will be weapons and another will be Gear set?

Both will be gear sets.

There will be also one set similar to Beastlords from Hunters Vale minidungeon.

Sorry never played live, which dungeon is hunter vale ? Is lost vale in avelorn ?

Lost Vale and Hunters Vale are 2 different things. Hunters Vale was a T1 minidungeon, while Lost Vale was a higher Tier one.
