The quest Bastion Stair

Just now i have lockout and have this quest but no credit after i finish mid wing
Boss lockout is 4days 6 hours and it take 8.5 to 9 day for 2 round of run
but talisman quest is 7 days can take. So if i only want to do talisman quest i need 7 days a time for all boss
why dont make boss lockout same as crypt less than 3.5 days so we can do 2 times within 7 days of the talisman quest????
4days 6 hours dont match 7 days at all
please consider the time of quest. it limit us to do quest
