Other than Sentinel?

You have/had the one from skaven quest IF you have been around for a while since the quest to get it has been removed some time ago if I am not mistaken.
You also had one from CW quest but that one got the slot removed.

Check your bank if you are an old player, maybe you have one of the skaven quest rings since that quest was ingame for years.

So where are unique talismans supposed to go to?

If you mean the ones like +6% block, +7AP, +4% chance to heal crit etc....then those go to Sentinel ring only, I think, not sure if some part of the Bloodlord set will be able to use but for now Senti ring only.

Actually there is one other ring. Recently an AM by the name of Angelfuram got a mythic ring through pvp that has a talisman slot. Band of Doomsday I believe its called? Gives a 5% renown buff along with 80 resist to each and 24 initiative if I remember correctly.

but I think that ring only for 5% renown not very good stats

Has good resist and initiative. A sm guildie has 2 of em. It’s really good for healers due to initiative and extra slot.

That does sound like it would be an insane ring for a healer, especially if he has two. That's an extra 300+ for a healer

Have one Band of Doomsday on my knight (execrator) too but if i remember right is unique equipped .
