Character log in

I have a Black Guard that will not load into the game. Name is rrogsguard and when I start to load into the game I get booted out of the launcher. Character is level 40 and renowned rank 57 and is located in the city of Norsca which maybe the issues. I did have a GM try and move the character and it did not work. Please help
