Return of Reckoning

a quest which need kill the first boss in left wing
Boss name is Ugaaraz
and get his Hoof

I kill this boss many times but i never get his Hoof drop

Anyone know why????
the rewards is 2% parry or 2% block talisman

and 1 times i click the boss dead body it let me loot the hoof
but i also dont find it in my backpack

i dont think is bug maybe something i dont know. and dont say bug and make me cant solve the quest by discussion

someone in grp tell me he got the Hoof
is that all ppl in grp get the Hoof or need to loot???
and i dont see any loot every time

whoever loot faster get the item and quest credit, i guess?

that means somebody took it before you click that button.
it's possible that looting addon did that.
why am i feeling that trolls gonna love this.

They add a boss lock out to prevent people grinding the mini bosses and wing bosses by bypassing lockout mech, so people can`t change group leaders, and get 4 kills in 1 day . or not yet ?

Ive done each wing 1 time, but see people running the wings several times a day, is being able to finish the kill each boss 3 or 4 times, in 1 day to turn in the kill quest for the armor piece, and bypassing the lockout timer, working as intended?

No, you shouldn’t get kill Quest credit with lockout
