Launcher issue WAR-64.exe

Error Downloading HTTP:
System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'D:\Return of Reckoning\WAR-64.exe' is denied.

How do i fix this issue it was working just fine a couple hours ago it started downloading a new patch WAR-64.exe (1/1025) and i get the error message above. I have unchecked the read only option on the directory folder so I am unsure what else to do.
