No Level-Change by SC (Lvl 1-15) on Panzerboot

Hey,
Yesterday and today i was in some SC´s with my new BW.
It was on Panzerboot - other SC´s are Ok.
And i think the points run for Destro faster. We close to always had 2 Flags and loose this game -.-
I got no lvl change and cant take the SC Quest.
I think there are some problems with the right Level-changes
A Fix would be great - because with low level we are normaly 2 - Hit
