When start the double experience, renown, and influence event begins? Need that to up my BW and my Sorc level 40...

For the more experienced levelers out there, whats the most efficient way to take advantage of this for someone who hasn't gotten a 40 yet, just grind the SC queue? Find a good PQ? I'm going to have a limited time to utilize this event and I want to make the most of it.

I think doing quest + Sc queue but maybe there is another way to farm xp faster?

Grinding sc ( make a grp so you can increase your chance to win and get more xp/rr ) or fight in rvr zone for big rr/xp locks.
