I cannot download from the link http://www.chip.de/downloads/Hotspot-Sh ... 00785.html that exists in the stickied threads. I guess the problem occured after the server restarted at noon on 13/5/2019. I have not made any changes to my computer's software. If you have any suggestions...tnx for your time.
