Return of Reckoning

hi all,

so i was doing a fair bit of battling through praag yesterday. kinda disappointed with xp/rr gain i decided to quit after 2-3 hours.
when i logged on today, i got a message that i would have gained xp but they got denied because they were too high.

is this normal or some kind of bug? am i supposed to quit rvr after an hour so that this wont happen?

As a general tip, rvr is not good for xp leveling, especially, when your side outnumbers the enemy.

yeah, i got that now. still kinda new to the game after playing the original ages ago.
but the message about denied xp still seems quite strange.
