Return of Reckoning

I've downloaded the game again after having a break for some time. Only to return with this error: https://imgur.com/a/3wkpeqf whenever I hit connect. How can I got about fixing this?

I had the same problem after a crash.
I won't bore you with all the steps I took to troubleshoot the problem, but re-installing in a new location solved the problem.

It takes a couple hours, but it's the best I've got. Just remember to copy your addons and user folders from your old install to the new after everything else is done downloading/updating so you don't have to deal with a vanilla UI
