I dont remember well how worked AoR and what exactly ToK tactic done on live. Will ToK tactics be implemented on RoR? were them useful on live?

PVE only and mostly racial based

Pretty much, like 5% extra damage to undead or things like that

If it helps, there were persistent rumors on live that skaven tactic (inc 5% crit one) worked on played as well, cause with ability to turn into skaven game couldn't tell between skaven mobs and players (morphed or not).
