Chapter 22 PQ

What if easy and normal Chapter 22 PQs drop shards and fragments for Onslaught Set
similar to ruin gear but also increase the amount for set ?
instead of just ignore a whole set of armor in game this would help low level players level up and also gives players something to do when low pop or rvr broken

I heard rumors that the chap22 hard pqs might be toned down when BastioStair and the new sets are released. (Down to require a 12-man instead of a full wb. )
Don't know if that's true or not, but it would make it easier to organize some runs.
