Game wont load after making my character and clicking Play

Hi to all reading this.
I have to say i am new around here.
I have problem, so as the title says when i created character and clicked Play, i get to loading screen and after few seconds of loading i get back to character selection screen, and if i click Play again i get ,kicked' out.
I have been searching forum and people say this heppens when server is down, but it says that server is online now.
Please help~~ Tnx
