Return of Reckoning

Currently gets its effective rank from the Bellow it proc off. Shouldn’t it always use the rank of the Boss tree ie scale with how many pts you have in right tree regardless of bellow?

Anyone remember how it worked?

Not sure how it is supposed to work, but there is an open bug-ticket about the difference to the SM-Version
