Return of Reckoning

I sent mail with the correct name which contained a substantial amount of gold. "we cannot return items at this time". Well mail seems to be a different issue and it involves currency not usable and wearable items. Please let me know if anything can be done. My in game characters names are Sliick and Sliek. Ty

Try sending another mail to the same character, but this time just write a subject, and don't include any items.
