Return of Reckoning

Hello i recently wanted to start playing again , I know i already have an active account but had to register a new one as the forgot password function is not working properly. I cant remember my username but i know the email i made with the account. I've tried to register using the email I had first used because the game was saying no username/email found , once I tried to register with my main email it says email already in use?? Someone please help me
