Unable to remove Read-Only

Here's my issue..
I downloaded all the .rar from Mega. Extracted them all and downloaded the launcher. When I try to save the launcher file into the Warhammer folder, I get an error saying I don't have permission to do so.
I checked the properties of the folder which state that it is read only. I uncheck and hit apply and open the folder properties back up and what do you know... still read only.
I've searched online how to remove this attribute and I have tried everything besides editing the registries.
Would love to play but I'm at a serious stand still.
