Zoning Into Areas without NPCs or PCs, No Chat, No Skills

Today I've been running into a recurring issue where I zone into an area and none of the NPCs or PCs load. I cannot chat or use skills. Eventually, they either load or I get disconnected and punted to the desktop. I also have had the game crash when I was in a SC that loaded properly. I am running the x64 version of the game.

Even if a zone loads properly I eventually lose all NPCs and PCs in the zone. At the same time my ability to chat or use skills goes away. finally I crash out of the game.

This happens on my guilded characters and my lvl 5 alts without guilds.

Logged back on after waiting an hour or two. So far no issues.
