New windows 10 client error

Hello I installed Windows 10 and after running client this window pops. Before I hade Win 7 and everything was running ok.
Any idea what is it and how can i fix it ?
I tried everything that is on forum:
deleting file in C:\Users\******\AppData\Local dosnt help and putting read only off also.
I even tried to delete *.myp files but i cant even run the client to start a new download.
