There is a reason to play it over anything?

Assault is -okay- but only if you are geared out the ass and the enemy player has no clue what they are doing.
If you aren't Assault or don't have tip top tier gear, then SW is generally **** compared to other classes.

If I have opportunity can I please for any good Assault build for about 60RR. In which stat should I aim? Currently I use Skirmish/Scout build but I want to test something new, but all post about builds seems outdated.
