Return of Reckoning

Returning player here. I've gone through the support threads but cant seem to find the solution to my problem. I find this cluster of red circles on the right hand of my screen rather distracting. It's the only thing that I cant edit within the UI interface. I asked in /advice with no prevail. I will attach a picture below.

Edit- I'm unable to attach the picture. For some reason it wont work. keeps acting like its uploaded. Never appears after posting.
