Could not connect to Login server

I looked through stickied threads and tried the fixes there but the login server is red at 11:25 PST yet webserver is green. I'm currently unable to log on and not sure why, please help.

It's not just you, looks like login servers are down at the moment.

Just got booted and now have this issue as well, I'm guessing something went haywire.
