Return of Reckoning

I need help.

I'm trying to enter T1 but I'm becoming a chicken.
I'm lvl 16 and have removed all career and mastery points and completely naked but I'm still becoming a chicken.

Anyone knows what I'm doing wrong?

You’re level 16... 15 is max for T1, go T4 now.

Is there a way to maximize the influence in each T1 or will I never be able to do complete them?
