Return of Reckoning

Tried changing the game resolution and setting it to full screen after creating a character, but before actually logging into the character. The background music plays, but now I just get a black screen for a few seconds and then the game minimizes to desktop. The program is still running, but if I click on it I get the black screen for a few more seconds and then back to desktop.

Is there a way to reset to default settings from outside the game? Dont' really want to re-download the entire game folder again.

Edit or Delete UserSettings.xml
