[Forum] Need help with RSS

Hi, is there a way to convert Change Logs into an RSS feed? I've found this link but it still shows all forums with or without "?f=42" part. I know that most of the forums have this feature, what about this one? I've tried to subscribe to this forum hoping that this would give me a link to work with, but I haven't managed to find a subscribe button anywhere. I would appreciate any help. I don't want to use any paid websites for this feature though.
