Destro quest Hammer of Doom not completable.

As title says this quest cannot be completed due to fast it wants you to kill Zacharias Doombreaker and 7x Peasants. Problem is you find Zacharias and kill him and it counts to quest, but there is no peasants around which counts, only close ones are and i think these should be in quest to count - Hazelhof peasants. Thanks.
